Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class. When you get to the studio please let the front desk staff know it is your first visit. Your Instructor will walk you through the set up of your bike and get you ready for a workout experience like no other! Bring a water bottle and an open mind; we’ll hook you on the rest! For your safety you will not be allowed to ride if you are not there 10 mins before the start of class.
Do I have to be in great shape to come to an Spin class?
Not at all! Almost anyone can benefit from a Spin class. It is a low impact workout that allows you to go at your own pace by controlling the resistance on your bike. You will be encouraged to push yourself, but are always in control of your own workout. Indoor spin classes are a great way to get fit, and stay fit. It’s not uncommon to burn 600-800 calories in a 45 min session. If you are concerned about taking a class due to a physical condition, consult your physician before taking a class for the first time.
What should I wear / bring?
We recommend comfortable workout attire. Loose fitting long pants are not recommended as they could get caught in the pedals. Think leggings or shorts and a tank top or tee. Bring a water bottle – you’ll need it and it’s important to stay hydrated before / during / and after your workout. We have a filtered water station to refill your bottles or we also sell CC branded reusable water bottles. Say NO to using single-use plastic! Towels are provided for your convenience during your workout and chilled infused towels are a refreshing touch after your workout is over.
