WHO WE ARE

Central Cycling is not only an indoor spin studio, but a place where you feel like part of a community. We are a boutique spin studio offering a friendly and judgment free zone where everyone is welcome. Everyone in class has different goals, but the same desire to have a fun workout! Our certified instructors are here to guide you every pedal of the way! From first time riders who need help learning bike set up and positions to experienced cyclist who need to be pushed to the next level.

At Central Cycling we believe that fitness can be FUN. You set your pace and push yourself, your ride is your own, but we do it together as a community. We ride, we race, we climb, we coast, we set a goal and KILL IT. We continue to get better. We want you to walk out of class inspired and still dancing.

Think of it as a calorie blasting workout, to high energy beats that makes you feel inspired to push harder than you have ever thought you could. The best part? Your workout is going to be over before you know it.

CC is my favorite work out studio in all of St. Pete! Their studio set up, rides/classes, and instructors are the best. They also do outdoor rides which are SO fun! If it weren’t for CC, I’m not sure if I would have ever realized my genuine love for spin, and finding it is my favorite type of work out. Highly recommend, even if you are brand new to the spin world! You will love it

Diane Baxter,

Best cycling class I have ever been to! The energy is electric, and everyone is so welcoming and nice.

Rachel Pomerantz,

Kayli Cernan,

Great class! The energy and vibe were ON, awesome music selection, and felt the sense of community right away. We were made to feel so welcome and would love to return:).

Kelly Davis,

Love central cycling! Every class is like a dance party! The instructors are amazing! It’s the only way to do cardio! You will even get an arm workout with weights!

Hope Starling,

I’ve done a lot of group fitness classes in my 10 years of living in Florida. Weight training, Orange Theory l, F45, etc. Central cycle is the first place that I have been to that I feel non-judged, motivated, and so empowered by just walking in the door. I started out having no clue what I was doing besides peddling, and never once felt anything but empowered. I highly recommend this place on all the instructors. I’m so glad I found CC!

Heather Widener,

Where does one even begin? This place is amazing! From the first class I knew I was hooked! As a Crossfit Gym owner and athlete, I have a tendency of wanting to get a great workout in and walk out feeling accomplished. CC delivered a class that was tough, yet super fun the whole time! The staff took me through the basics before class, showed me how to use the bike and encouraged me from the first hello. The coaches are engaging and fantastic. The music and ambiance is great. The owner literally loves her studio, her coaches and also her members. 5 stars is not enough! If you haven’t tried a class yet, take advantage of the first class is free promotion they have, you will not regret it!

I love this place! The instructors are amazing, music is fresh and the owner knows everyone that comes through her doors! The workout will kick your butt but make you come back for more. I also love that it’s an independent shop and I’m supporting a local business.
