Classes & Pricing
You don’t have to sign up for a membership and you only pay for the classes you take. Your first class is always free and once you get the hang of it, count on being addicted to this fun workout. You can reserve 5 days in advance with the purchase of any package. You can cancel your reservation within 4 hours of any class by simply clicking on the class you have previously registered for and click the ‘cancel reservation’ button.
All Sales are Final and Non-refundable.
We take our time to help you set up your bike, teach you proper form and hand positions. We want to make sure you know how to have a good workout and then the fun begins. This class is designed for spinners who have taken 0-5 classes or anyone wanting to go back to basics. We will notate your bike position, so less for you to worry about the next time you’re in class.
This is a 30 min class, with a 15 min set up in the beginning. If you know your set up please feel free to arrive 15 minutes after the start of class. We will have extra instructors during this class to make sure everyone gets the attention they need to have a great workout. We want to be sure you’ll enjoy yourself and come back to party with us.
This class is for the working professionals, college students with limited free time and/or anyone who wants to get a good sweat session over with in just 45 mins. You will work your body with a series of sprints, hills, intervals and jumps all set to motivating music. This class will provide a challenging workout for all levels, but will get you in and out.
Body Burn (60min) Express (45min)
This class will bring the heat. With intense climbs, quick intervals, and some upper body you will definitely get a full Body Burn!
Our more common ride is not your basic common ride at all. This 60 min class will push and energize you, all while being lead by a certified instructor to tunes you’re sure to recognize and vibe to. You’ll leave feeling inspired and ready to book your next class!
Our cardio ride will be heightened with a live DJ jammin out along the instructor playing all the best, high energy music. This is also like a community ride as everyone who loves spin doesn’t miss out on this class.
ENERGY BLAST (60min) Express (45min)
Ready for a great workout while having a blast?! Get ready to party with this high energy, total body cardio ride that will leave you sweating and bopping to the beat.
321 Done (60min)
Think of this class as the jack of all trades. 30 minutes on the bike, 20 minutes of strength training with resistance bands, and 10 minutes of core. Once you get to the end you will definitely be done!
